2. Legal Compliance
All genetics offered are derived from industrial hemp compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing 0.3% or less $\Delta^9$-THC by dry weight. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that possession and cultivation of these genetics are legal in their jurisdiction. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are 21 years of age or older and assume all legal risk regarding local, state, and federal laws.
3. Product Disclaimer & Propagation
- Unrooted Cuts: Sold strictly for educational and/or propagation purposes. Success in rooting depends on the buyer’s environment and technique; therefore, we cannot guarantee rooting success and do not offer refunds for failed propagations.
- Rooted Clones: Provided as healthy, HLVd-free specimens. Our responsibility for the product ends upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
4. Shipping & DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
- Logistics: Orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air to ensure viability. We do not process or ship orders on Fridays or weekends to prevent packages from being held in transit.
- Carrier Liability: We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier (UPS).
- Damages: Should an order arrive in unsatisfactory condition, you must notify us with clear photographic evidence within 4 hours of confirmed delivery time. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.
5. Payment & Privacy
To protect your privacy, we do not process payments directly on this site. Your order acts as a reservation request. Once reserved, you will receive a secure invoice via email to finalize your payment. We do not store sensitive payment data on our servers.
6. No Returns
Due to the perishable nature of live biological specimens, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance of our products. In no event shall our business be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
